Spot market electricity prices for Thursday, June 17

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 205.08 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 464.99 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 299.12 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.92% to 205.08 million liras compared to Tuesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 380.70 liras and 382.38 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 409.99 liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 300 liras at 06.00 local time.

US$1 equals 8.55 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Wednesday.
