The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 321.50 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest will be 199.33 liras at 03.00 and 06.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Wednesday showed a decrease of 3.60% to 169.5 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 298.27 liras and 301.266 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 332.37 liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest at 210.13 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.85 Turkish liras at 1121 GMT on Wednesday.
