The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 321.01 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 247.03 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 2.86% to 170.91 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 294.87 liras and 296.03 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 323.87 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 247.02 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.32 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Wednesday.
