The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 1,345 Turkish liras between 09.00 and 11.00 local time (0600 - 0800 GMT) and at 16.00 local time (1300 GMT) while the lowest will be 700.01 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 1.3% to 796.75 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,116.76 liras and 1,127.35 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday was set as 1,344.99 liras at 09.00 and 10.00 local time (0600 and 0700 GMT), with the lowest at 800 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local time (0100 and 0200 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.83 Turkish liras at 1104 GMT on Wednesday.
