The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 335 Turkish liras at 18.00 and the lowest will be 238 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 5.7% to 179.43 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 311.03 liras and 312.50 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 328.84 liras at 18.00 and the lowest at 224.00 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Wednesday.
