The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 315.33 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 236.98 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 9.89% to 142.31 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 272.16 liras and 272.74 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 325.07 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 223.66 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.34 Turkish liras at 1113 GMT on Wednesday.
