The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 335.00 Turkish liras at 17.00 and 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 278 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an increase of 1.23% to 144.09 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 316.57 liras and 317.75 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 335.01 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 269 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.89 Turkish liras at 11.42 GMT on Tuesday.
