The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 636 Turkish liras at 00.00 (0900 GMT) and between 13.00 and 22.00 (1000-1900 GMT) and the lowest will be 360.58 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.13% to 359.02 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 579.62 liras and 579.44 liras, respectively.
The electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday is set as 636 liras at 00.00 (0900 GMT) and between 08.00 and 23.00 (0500-2000 GMT) and the lowest at 372.87 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.48 Turkish liras at 1106 GMT on Wednesday.
