The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 360 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 250 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 0.22% to 185 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 314.41 liras and 316.92 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 350.00 liras at 14.00 and 16.00 local time and the lowest at 290.00 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.35 Turkish liras at 1129 GMT on Wednesday.
