The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 315.75 Turkish liras at 12.00 and the lowest will be 230.62 liras at 00.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 0.1% to 162.16 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 291 liras and 292.12 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 328.9 liras at 20.00 and the lowest at 230.45 liras at 12.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.18 Turkish liras at 1241 GMT on Wednesday.
