The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 567.00 Turkish liras at 18.00,19.00, 20.00, 21.00 and the lowest will be 355.71 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 28.54% to 249.82 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 426.38 liras and 426.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set 400.00 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 315.36 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.18 Turkish liras at 1126 GMT on Wednesday.
