The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 325.75 Turkish liras at 21.00 and the lowest will be 312.79 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 2.19% to 183.41 million liras compared to Tuesday.
Both the arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 320.16 liras.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set 325.26 liras at 21.00 and the lowest at 310.17 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.17 Turkish liras at 1122 GMT on Wednesday.
