Spot market electricity prices for Thursday, April 15

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 195.42 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 338.07 Turkish liras at 20.00 and the lowest will be 315.57 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 12.16% to 195.42 million liras compared to Tuesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 326.04 liras and 326.14 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 337.39 liras at 20.00 and the lowest at 229.99 liras at 13.00 local time.

US$1 equals 8.08 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Wednesday.
