The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 674 Turkish liras at 19.00 and 20.00 local times (1600 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest will be 438.58 liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday’s electricity market showed an decrease of 11.5% to 257.42 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 494.74 liras and 493.92 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday is set as 674 Turkish liras between 17.00 and 20.00 local times (1400 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest 446.06 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.64 Turkish liras at 1109 GMT on Saturday.
