The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 308.89 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest will be 50 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday decreased by 26.32% to 95.69 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Sunday is calculated as 244.57 liras and 246.87 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Saturday was 308.73 liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest was 260 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.67 Turkish liras, as at 1120 GMT.
