The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 718 Turkish liras between 15.00-22.00 local time (1200-1900 GMT), while the lowest will be 400.01 liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed an decrease of 22.16% to 282.47 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 578.33 liras and 574.26 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday was set as 718 Turkish liras at 00.00, 01.00, 09.00, 10.00, 11.00, 15.00 and between 17.00-21.00 local time (2100, 2200, 0600, 0700, 0800 and between 1400-1800 GMT), while the lowest was as 455.73 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT).
