Spot market electricity prices for Sunday, Nov. 21

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade amounts to 397.93 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,131 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest will be 652.21 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday electricity market showed a decrease of 7.11% to 397.93 million liras compared to Friday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 775.15 liras and 777.75 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday was set as 1,119 liras at 18.00 local time (1500 GMT) and twith the lowest at 673.30 liras at 03.00 local time (0000 GMT).

US$1 equals 11.23 Turkish liras at 1206 GMT on Saturday.
