The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 328.45 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 167.99 liras at 12.00 and 13.00 local times, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday showed a decrease of 26.72% to 96.62 million liras, compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 267.30 liras and 268.59 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday was set as 338 Turkish liras at local time 18.00, and the lowest was 271.78 liras at local time 04.00
US$1 equals 5.65 Turkish liras at 1206 GMT on Saturday.
