The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 323.04 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 5 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday showed a decrease of 54.89% to 64.53 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 154.60 liras and 154.04 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday was set as 340.64 liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest as 199.98 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.55 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Saturday.
