The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 999.99 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Sunday's electricity market trade volume showed a fall of 35.8% to around 1.02 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,883.10 liras and 1,922.66 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 3,300 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,201.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 44.17 liras at 2.10 p.m. local time (1110 GMT) on Saturday.
