Spot market electricity prices for Sunday, Feb. 18

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows trade volume as 62.24 million Turkish liras for electricity market

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 210.80 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, the lowest will be 121.49 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Saturday's electricity market decreased by 11.5 percent to 62.24 million liras compared to Friday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Sunday is calculated as 167.48 liras and 168.06 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Saturday was 201.64 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, the lowest was 139.22 liras at 07.00 local time

US$1 equals 3.75 liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
