Spot market electricity prices for Sunday, Dec. 27

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 141.57 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 327.81 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.39 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 6.9% to 141.57 million liras compared to Friday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 276.23 liras and 277.424 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Saturday was set as 327.79 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 236.98 liras at 04.00, 05.00 and 06.00 local times.

US$1 equals 7.58 Turkish liras at 1120GMT on Saturday.
