The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,400 Turkish liras between 4 a.m.-6 a.m. and 6 p.m.-11 p.m. (0100-0300 GMT and 1500-2000GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 999.99 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 8.88% to around 1.7 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,669.89 liras and 2,672.48 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at 3,399.99 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), while the lowest at 1,000 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 40.83 liras at 2.22 p.m. local time (1122 GMT) on Saturday.
