The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 2.000 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate is set at 0 Turkish lira between 08:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. local time (0500–1300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Sunday's electricity market trade volume showed an decrease of 62.3% to around 265.7 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 515,12 liras and 613,85 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 4,500 liras at 7 p.m.,local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 175 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 44.52 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
