The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 2,600 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. (1700 and 1800 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 250 liras at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (0500 and 0600 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 26.7% to 640.5 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,510.19 liras and 1,537.92 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set as 2,600 liras at 4.a.m., 5 a.m. 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. (0100, 0200,1500 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 553 liras at at 12 a.m. (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 19.18 liras at 2.25 p.m. local time (1125 GMT) on Saturday.
