The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 204.99 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest will be zero lira between 07.00 and 16.00 local times, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday showed a decrease of 77.22% to 10.03 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 26.54 liras and 27.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday was set as 320.54 liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest was set as 5.01 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.69 Turkish liras at 1125 GMT on Saturday.
