Spot market electricity prices for Sunday, April 10

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade amounts to 69.71 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 779.64 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.

The lowest is determined as 0.99 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT), the figures show.

The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 90% to 69.71 million liras compared to Friday.

The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 155.91 liras and 150.92 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set as 2,400 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time (1500 GMT), with the lowest determined as 499.63 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT).

US$1 equals 14.75 liras at 1135 GMT on Saturday.
