The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,399.34 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), according to official figures released Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 748.1 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Friday's electricity market shows a decrease of 25.7% to around 1.62 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,524.17 liras and 2,531.18 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 3,399.34 liras at from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (1500-1800 GMT) while the lowest was set at 1,899.98 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 41.37 liras at 2.39 p.m. local time (1139 GMT) on Friday.
