The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,001 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest will be 442.27 liras at 10.00 local time (0700 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.58% to 306.8 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 611.76 liras and 610.27 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Friday was set as 1,078 liras between 18.00 and 21.00 local time (1500-1800 GMT), with the lowest at 124.99 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.29 Turkish liras at 1105 GMT on Saturday.
