The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 1,131 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time (1400 GMT) and 18.00 local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest will be 649.98 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed a decrease of 17.8% to 389.73 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 780.24 liras and 779.63 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Friday was set as 1,131 at 08.00 (05.00 GMT) and between 15.00 and 21.00 local time (1200-1800 GMT), and the lowest at 649.98 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.71 Turkish liras at 1134 GMT on Friday.
