Spot market electricity prices for Saturday, Nov. 25

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows trade volume as 66.63 million Turkish liras for electricity market

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 214.99 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, the lowest will be 138.98 liras at 02.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Friday's electricity market decreased by 8.43 percent to 66.63 million liras compared to Thursday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Saturday is calculated as 185.67 liras and 188.47 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Friday was 219.44 liras at 11.00 local time, the lowest was 143.01 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local time.

US$1 equals 3.91 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
