The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (0500, 0600, 1300-1800 GMT), according to official figures released Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,719.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Saturday's electricity market trade volume shows a decrease of 14.3% to around 1.51 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,906.71 liras and 2,924.41 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 3,400 liras at 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (0500, 0600, 1300-1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 2,249.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 42.33 liras at 2.17 p.m. local time (1117 GMT) on Friday.
