Spot market electricity prices for Saturday, May 23

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 51.62 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 321.42 Turkish liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest will be 0.99 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Friday showed a decrease of 51.78% to 51.62 million liras compared to Thursday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 127.81 liras and 128.34 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Friday was set as 324.28 liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest at 92.64 liras at 06.00 local time.

US$1 equals 6.8 Turkish liras at 1124 GMT on Friday.
