Spot market electricity prices for Saturday, June 17

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows trade volume as 43.59 million Turkish liras for electricity market

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 199.99 Turkish liras at 09.00 and the lowest will be 96.01 liras at 05.00, 06.00 and 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Friday's electricity market decreased by 7.58 percent to 43.59 million liras compared to Thursday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Saturday is calculated as 140.93 liras and 142.26 liras respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Friday was 200.65 liras at 09.00 and the lowest was 96.01 liras at 05.00 and 06.00 local time.

US$1 equals 3.50 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
