The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 321.35 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 233.58 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Friday showed an increase of 8.7% to 154.7 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 298.46 liras and 299.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Friday was set as 325.98 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest was 196.09 liras at 10.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.97 Turkish liras at 1116 GMT on Friday.
