The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 4,000 Turkish liras at 00.00, 01.00, 11.00 a.m. and 08.00 p.m. local time (2100, 2200, 0800 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate is determined as 2,259.99 liras at 04.00 p.m. local time (1300 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed an increase of 8.3% to 1.54 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,091.31 liras and 3,103.14 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set as 3,499.99 liras at 03.00 p.m. local time (1200 GMT), while the lowest rate is determined as 2,199.98 liras at 06.00 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 17.96 liras at 02.10 p.m. local time (1110 GMT) on Friday.
