The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 700 Turkish liras at 18.00 and 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 221.76 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 49% to 210.5 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 366.55 liras and 378.83 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 325 liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest at 219.66 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.75 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Saturday.
