Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday shows a increase of 77.2% to 101.45 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Monday is calculated as 272.70 liras and 280.96 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday is set as 309.87 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199 liras at 15.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.89 Turkish liras at 1134 GMT on Saturday.
