The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 560 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 257.17 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 38% to 190.7 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 345.04 liras and 351.17 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set at 318.71 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest 248.74 liras at 07.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.86 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Sunday.
