The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 550 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 218.96 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 35.8% to 184.9 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 316.03 liras and 321.71 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Saturday was set as 323.04 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 219.25 liras at 12.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.64 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Sunday.
