The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,131 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 11.00 (05.00-08.00 GMT), 17.00 (1400 GMT) and 18.00 (1500 GMT), while the lowest will be 656.12 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 17.4% to 488.37 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 853.80 liras and 863.05 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 1,131 liras between 17.00 and 21.00 (1400-1800 GMT), and the lowest at 599.60 liras at 19.00 local time (0600 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.98 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Sunday.
