The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 332.36 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 100 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday showed a increase of 91.96% to 123.88 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 272.45 liras and 279.98 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was set as 323.04 liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest as 5 liras at 09.00 and 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.55 Turkish liras at 1128 GMT on Sunday.
