Spot market electricity prices for Monday, March 1

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 169.11 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 327.40 Turkish liras at 11.00 and the lowest at 229.95 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 20.9% to 169.11 million liras compared to Saturday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 301.05 liras and 303.07 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 322.58 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 50.01 liras at 09.00 local time.

US$1 equals 7.43 Turkish liras at 1123 GMT on Sunday.
