The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,750 Turkish liras at 08.00 and 09.00 and 10.00 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 and 1900 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate is determined as 2,843.617 liras at 5.00 a.m. local time (0200 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed a decrease of 41.9% to 1.5 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,830.01 liras and 2,876.80 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 08.00 and 09.00 p.m. local time (1700 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest rate is determined as 1,499.99 liras at 8.00 a.m. local time (0500 GMT), according to the official figures.
US$1 equals 17.74 liras at 02.51 p.m. local time (1151 GMT) on Sunday.
