The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 617.00 Turkish liras between 09.00 to 23.00 local times, while the lowest will be 360.52 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 30.76% to 335.17 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 542.38 liras and 547.35 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 617.00 liras at 20.00, 21.00 and 22.00 local time with the lowest at 357.00 liras at 07.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.66 Turkish liras at 1109 GMT on Sunday.
