The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,750 Turkish liras at 07.00 and 09.00 p.m. local time (1600 and 1800 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate is determined as 500 liras at 08.00 a.m. local time (0500 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 75.2% to 928.9 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,319.51 liras and 2,338.51 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,750 Turkish liras at 08.00 and 09.00 p.m. local time (1700 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 99.95 liras at 08.00 a.m. local time (0500 GMT).
US$1 equals 17.27 liras at 1140 GMT on Sunday.
