The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 211.24 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, the lowest will be 105.05 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Sunday's electricity market increased by 28.15 percent to 56.86 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Monday is calculated as 160.03 liras and 163.27 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Sunday was 211.074 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, the lowest was 75 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.94 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
