The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 328.07 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 45 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday showed a increase of 24% to 117.7 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 250.22 liras and 266.17 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Friday was set as 314.48 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 121.75 liras at 08.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.95 Turkish liras on Sunday.
