The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 636 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 23.00 (0500-2000 GMT) and the lowest will be 370.28 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 33.6% to 328.50 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 561.03 liras and 559.01 liras, respectively.
The electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday is set as 636 Turkish liras at 20.00, 21.00 and 22.00 local time (1700, 1800, 1900 GMT) and the lowest was 356.01 liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT).
