The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time (1400 and 1900 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,002 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 30% to around 1.94 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,717.76 liras and 2,740.91 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at between 6 p.m.,and 10 p.m. local time (1500 and 1900 GMT), while the lowest rate at 1,324.10 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 33.63 liras at 2.29 p.m. local time (1129 GMT) on Sunday.
